About the role
BD is a global medical technology leader seeking a Manufacturing Training Lead to design and drive training programs across our manufacturing site. You will partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Continuous Improvement to ensure employees learn safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality requirements.
You will lead trainer certification, coach production trainers, and develop workforce capability through structured training pathways and analytics of training
