Role Description:
The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior leadership, ensuring daily activities are organized and executed efficiently. This full-time, on-site role in La Conner, WA includes managing calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidential records and files. The role involves preparing documents and reports, arranging logistics for appointments and events, and performing general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and office organization. The Executive Personal Assistant will also assist with personal tasks for the executive as needed, prioritize competing demands, and anticipate requirements to streamline day-to-day operations. Consistent professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness are essential in supporting both business and personal responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Strong Personal Assistance skills, including managing personal tasks, errands, and confidential matters. Executive Administrative Assistance experience, supporting senior leaders with calendars, travel, and document preparation. Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and professional correspondence. Proficient Diary Management and scheduling skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple commitments. Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document organization, and basic office software proficiency (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive information. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities. Previous experience in an executive assistant or personal assistant role preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field beneficial.
