Relativity Space in Long Beach is seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to support hardware engineering. You will build partnerships with hiring managers, develop targeted sourcing strategies, source and engage exceptional talent, and guide candidates through the full hiring process from outreach to offer. This onsite role requires 3+ years of technical recruiting in hardware/manufacturing, ability to close offers creatively, and a focus on process improvement to strengthen our recruiting
