About the role

Job Purpose: Account representative for East Coast clients producing short form content. The primary function of this role is servicing the diverse needs of clients working in advertising, promos and trailers, brands, digital and all other postproductions.
What You’ll Do: (job responsibilities)Provide exceptional service to your assigned group of clients in the form of music searches, music file delivery, and account management Build and maintain client relationships through regular outreach via phone, email and in person meetings Deliver consistently against monthly and annual sales targets Negotiate synchronization licenses, including fees and terms Spearhead the effort to secure placements in all relevant productions. Consistently meet KPIsInterpret music briefs provided by clients and perform music searches Anticipate client’s music needs, and proactively provide new and existing releases accordingly Educate potential users on the best music formats and means of accessing the catalog, perform off-site and virtual web demos Provide feedback on the catalog and ideas for the development of new releases based on production trends and client requests Participate in the planning, coordinating and execution of client events Collaborate with management on ideas and suggestions for client outreach and interactions 7.5-hour business workday but variations in work volume occasionally require extended working hours for evening and late-night events
