About the role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional programs from planning through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project and stakeholder management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, budgets, and risks. The Program Manager will work closely with business leaders, project managers, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure programs align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex programs across cross-functional teams.
Develop program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
Coordinate project managers and functional teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.
Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Establish program governance, reporting structures, and communication processes.
Track program performance and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
Facilitate meetings, executive reviews, stakeholder discussions, and program planning sessions.
Collaborate with technology, product, operations, finance, HR, and other business teams as required.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
Resolve cross-functional conflicts and remove obstacles that could impact program delivery.
Ensure programs meet quality, compliance, security, and organizational standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices for program management.
Support change management and organizational adoption initiatives.
Maintain accurate program documentation, project plans, dashboards, and executive reports.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role.
Proven experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies.
Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Management, or a related field.
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certification.
Experience managing technology, digital transformation, cloud, data, cybersecurity, or enterprise programs.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience managing large-scale or enterprise-wide initiatives.
Strong experience with program governance, executive reporting, and portfolio management.
Experience with budget forecasting, resource planning, and vendor management.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or Tableau.
Experience driving organizational change and process transformation.
Strong understanding of business strategy and translating strategic objectives into executable programs.
