About the role
Office Services Site Manager Full Time Position Center Hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday Friday - 40 hours per week
Position Description:
The Office Services Site Manager must be highly motivated, customer focused and capable of demonstrating a variety of tasks related to the legal environment. The manager provides a high level of quality while maximizing productivity. Previous office management or supervisory experience required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Managing and coordinating a staff and workflow in a professional environment
- Management and coordination of logistics.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
- Receive all incoming mail and packages. Process according to specific SOPs and internal delivery controls.
- Assist customers with print jobs, mail, shipping and receiving packages.
- Manage and complete print requests
- Follow all safety requirements.
- Proper processing of required paperwork.
Qualifications:
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent work experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Available to work 40 hours per week
- Proficient in Office applications, including Outlook, Fiery Impose and Compose, Word, Excel, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint and Publisher

Experience: 3-5 years: legal office services experience
