About the role
Resilience is seeking an Associate Director of EHS & Security to lead site EHS and security programs in West Chester and Blue Ash. This role drives governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Legal, HR, and Corporate EHS/Security to protect people and the environment while enabling growth.
Responsibilities include leading the EHS and Security organization, managing external providers, and shaping standards and operating models.
