About the role
Align Layer Nine (ALN) is launching a private-client technology concierge service for a select group of principals, their families, and executive assistants. You will be the first and primary concierge: the one person clients call when anything technology-related gets in their way.
As the on-site and occasional-travel concierge, you provide fast triage, root-cause fixes, and security-minded support, while coordinating with ALN's service desk and engineers behind the scenes.
