About the role

Big Top’s Weld Shop Supervisor steers the welding department’s safety, quality, and throughput, aligning resources and setting priorities to meet production goals. This role reports to the Plant General Manager and drives continuous improvement across the operation. You will lead Welder I–III crews, coach performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and ERP discipline while developing talent and building a scalable welding operation supporting current needs and growth.
