Product Management Director
cbre groupDallas (TX)
About the role
About the role:
CBRE is seeking an experienced Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) leader to own a suite of products within our IFM technology stack. You will turn client and account team needs into product strategy, priorities and measurable results. Your accountability spans the product lifecycle, from understanding the problem and building the business case through implementation, adoption and ongoing improvement. This director-level individual contributor role will lead through influence across Operations, Account Teams, Digital & Technology (D&T), Sales, Solutions and enabling functions. Working alongside a D&T Product Leader, you will bring together the technology, workflows, implementation and support needed for products to succeed in daily IFM delivery.
What you will do:
Own the business strategy, priorities and performance of your assigned products. Set an outcome-based roadmap aligned with IFM priorities and product objectives. Work directly with clients, account teams and IFM professionals to understand operational problems, validate needs and identify opportunities to improve service delivery. Build business cases with clear benefits, costs and measures of success. Use evidence to make investment recommendations and balance competing priorities. Translate validated needs into business requirements, workflows and acceptance criteria. Partner with D&T on feasibility, roadmap tradeoffs and delivery, while owning business acceptance. Turn capabilities into repeatable offerings with clear scope, implementation methods, training and support. Partner with Sales, Solutions and Finance/Commercial on positioning, value propositions and commercial readiness. Lead operational readiness and adoption with Operations and Account Teams. Establish rollout criteria, address barriers to change and hold launch when business readiness gaps remain. Track adoption, client value, operational performance and product economics. Use results to improve the product and recommend when to scale, reposition or retire it. Align stakeholders around decisions, dependencies and resources. Communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly, escalating unresolved issues through product governance
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
