San Antonio, TXComputer World Services – CWS /Full-time /On-siteComputer World Service, Corp. (CWS) is pursuing a new contract opportunity, and this position is contingent upon contract award. FMTI seeks a well-qualified Program Manager to perform as the Contract Manager / Task Manager to provide network (i.e. local, wireless, and wide area network) sustainment and deployment support services to military hospitals and clinics located throughout CONUS and OCONUS. Serves as the primary point of contact responsible for overall contract performance, personnel management, and delivery of all services in accordance with DHA requirements. Ensure execution aligns with performance standards, timelines, and quality expectations.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership, management, and supervision of contract personnelServe as primary liaison with Contracting Officer (CO) and COREnsure all PWS requirements are met efficiently and on scheduleOversee staffing, resource allocation, and workforce readinessManage transition activities, including transition-in and transition-out planningDirect contingency operations and emergency response coordinationEnsure compliance with quality control (QCP), reporting, and SLA requirementsCoordinate with Government and external stakeholders across the EITS environmentMonitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as neededEducation & Experience Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field10+ years of relevant experience, including program or project managementRequired QualificationsProven experience managing large-scale IT/network support contractsStrong knowledge of DoD contracting environment and service delivery modelsAbility to manage distributed teams and multi-site operationsCertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desiredSecurity ClearanceCandidates must have active Secret clearance Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)Work Environment: Work is performed in Department of Defense Government facilities, ideally in San Antonio, TX.Travel: Must reside within commuting distance to a Department of Defense (DoD) hospital.Computer World Services is an affirmative action and equal employment opportunity employer.
