Project Status: Green – Open – Apply by October 7, 2026 The Opportunity FuntoNetwork is seeking aTransit Design-Build Technical Leadfor the RFP-associated opportunity Design-Build for Transit Facility Upfit Projects. This role closes a verified SOW/RTM delivery-coverage gap and owns the workstream described below.
Core Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary design, constructability, scope integration, permitting, technical submittals, and design-change control. Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions. Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams. Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalated blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
What You Bring: Demonstrated experience performing Transit Design-Build Technical Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments. Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria. Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline. Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation. FuntoNetwork is an equal opportunity platform.
