About the role
FairSquare, a leading online lender, is seeking an experienced commercial transactions attorney to guide business units in financing agreements and regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and is based in San Diego or Atlanta with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule. The ideal candidate holds a JD with at least 6 years of experience in law firms, government, or in-house counsel, and has strong drafting, negotiating, and advising skills.
