Our proprietary AI technology, Comet™, transforms these purchase signals into actionable insights for business and marketing leaders to drive optimal outcomes and build lasting customer relationships.About Your Role:Affinity is seeking a Product Sales Specialist for Audiences to drive revenue growth with brands and agencies by positioning transaction-powered audience solutions for targeting, activation, and measurement. You'll run a consultative, product-led sales motion, partnering closely with core account sellers, audience strategy/curation, and technical teams to design solutions, win RFPs, and deliver scalable activations.Your Responsibilities:Own audience product revenue within a named set of accounts (or alongside AEs) across brands, agencies, and agency holding companies; build pipeline and close new and expansion businessLead solution discovery: Translate client goals into audience strategies (prospecting, conquesting, suppression, lapsed/loyal, lookalikes, etc.) and recommended activation pathsDrive RFP/proposal responses with crisp positioning, use-case storytelling, and clear audience + activation recommendationsCoordinate cross-functional delivery across audience strategy/curation, product, and technical partners to ensure activations are executable and outcomes are measurable.Enable programmatic activation: Guide deal setup concepts (e.g., PMP/deal IDs), audience packaging, and activation best practices with agencies and platformsAct as the "1P data integration" translator: Confidently discuss data onboarding concepts, match methodologies, identity/permissions, and privacy-safe collaboration approaches (including clean room concepts where relevant).Educate and enable partners (platforms, resellers, and internal stakeholders) through training sessions, playbooks, and repeatable sales motions.Maintain accurate forecasting, Salesforce hygiene, and deal documentation; share learnings with product and marketing teamsYour Qualifications:5–8+ years' experience in adtech/martech/data sales or solutions consulting, ideally selling audiences/data/measurement to brands and agenciesStrong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation, as well as how audiences are activated across programmatic ecosystemsWorking knowledge of 1P data use cases and integration patterns (onboarding, identity resolution concepts, privacy-safe matching, clean rooms)Proven ability to manage a consultative sales cycle: discovery > proposal > negotiation > closeExcellent executive communication, with a focus on compelling storytelling and developing crisp written proposalsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with agency RFPs and proposal developmentFamiliarity with data collaboration/clean room workflows and measurement methodologiesExisting relationships across agency and brand stakeholdersSalary Range: $125,000 – $140,000 Office Hours: 9am – 5:30pmBenefits for full-time employees of Affinity Solutions begin on the first of the month following your date of hire with a generous employer contribution for medical, dental, and vision.
