About the role

Summer Clerical Intern – Arthritis & Clinical Immunology (ACI) Department Responsibilities Team-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team. Collecting and distributing mail. Scanning, copying, and filing documents. Entering and maintaining data records. Answering and directing phone calls. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills. Must be professional, team oriented, and personable. Reliable, self-driven, and highly attentive to detail. Team-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Completion of some college coursework. Prior administrative experience preferred. Work Hours Flexible full or part-time hours typically, Monday through Friday, between 8:30AM to 5PM. Summer positions typically are from the beginning of June to the end of July.
