Do you bring a strong command of business strategy, financial performance, and delivery oversight within an owner-focused environment?CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Business Practice Leader to provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and financial oversight for our PMCM Team in Bethlehem, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for the growth, performance, and reputation of the Business Practiceensuring disciplined program delivery, engaged teams, and consistently positive outcomes for our clients and CHA.What You'll Do:Lead and inspire a high-performing Owner's Representation & Project Management team, maintaining strong awareness of morale, engagement, and talent retentionDevelop and execute a Business Practicespecific growth strategy, positioning the practice as a trusted advisor and industry leader in owner-focused program deliveryEnsure consistent delivery of high-quality projects and services, overseeing project management standards, quality assurance, and client satisfactionProvide full P&L oversight, establishing financial targets, preparing annual budgets, and actively managing performance against key operational and financial metricsStrengthen project management excellence across the practice, guiding teams in scope, schedule, cost control, risk management, and delivery consistencyAlign staffing and resource plans with backlog and workload projections to support effective execution and optimal utilizationChampion collaboration across business practices and markets to improve efficiency, share expertise, and support enterprise-wide successSupport business development and market growth efforts, including proposals, interviews, client engagement, and pursuit strategy developmentWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and professional experienceMinimum of 10 years of progressive industry experience requiredStrong strategic mindset with the ability to position the practice for growth and delivery excellenceDeep understanding of Business Practice operations, future service opportunities, and market needsDemonstrated financial management experience with solid P&L comprehensionPersuasive, articulate communicatoreffective one on one, in teams, and with large groupsHigh energy, results oriented leader with the ability to influence across all levels of the organizationStrong ability to manage confidential information, resolve issues quickly, and drive initiatives to completionProven relationship builder skilled in motivating teams and fostering cross organizational collaborationProfessional technical licensure required or equivalent professional experienceWhy You'll Love It Here:Lead a Business Practice that partners directly with owners to guide complex programs from planning through deliveryShape the strategic direction and growth of a practice centered on client confidence and resultsWork alongside multidisciplinary experts to deliver integrated, owner-focused solutions across multiple marketsPlay a key leadership role in advancing CHA's operational performance, talent development, and long-term successCurious about the impactful work our PMCM team is doing?
