About the role
As an Analyst, you will support our operational, strategic, and investment decisions by: Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, and capital expenditure budgetsResearching and evaluating economic, demographic and real estate market dataLeading conference calls and on-site meetings with property management partnersConducting property site inspections and market tours (travel may be required) Creating financial analyses, including operating budgets, cash flow projections, and investment return calculationsCreating memos for presentation to senior personnelCoordinating/managing due diligence review and closing process for various transactionsAssisting with arranging and closing debt financingPresenting property performance to the entire firm quarterlyWorking closely with multiple property management teams to implement and manage business plansQualificationsBachelor’s Degree with excellent academic credentials, with preference for majors in Business, Finance, Economics, or Real Estate1 to 3 years relevant experience (including internships) working in real estate asset managementAbility to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverablesExcellent written, oral communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong proficiency with Excel
