Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' related experience, with a preference for those with 8-10 years in absence management, productivity consulting, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, strong expertise in absence and productivity solutions, and experience in managing RFP processes. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
