About the role
Ernst & Young Oman is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, drive client engagements, and deliver complex HRSD solutions. You will evaluate business models, translate requirements into technical designs, and guide teams through architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment in a global EY environment.
Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of HRSD project experience, CSA/CAD or HRSD certifications, and a proven track record mentoring cross‑functional teams
