About the role

Relay is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to join our London team. You will own complex ER cases end to end, advise site managers, and help keep investigations fair and thorough across our multi-site network. You will work with leaders to reduce risk, build scalable ER processes, and travel to sortation centres 1–2 days per week to stay close to operations.
