BRAND AMBASSADORLocation: Miami, FL Employment Type: Occasional / Event-Based Pay Rate: $30-$35 per hour Most be 21 to applyPOSITION SUMMARYMKTG/Dentsu is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent premium spirits and beer brands at on-premise, off-premise, and experiential activations in the Miami market. Brand Ambassadors engage Legal Drinking Age (LDA) consumers through education, product storytelling, and responsible sampling (where legal), with the goal of increasing brand awareness, trial, and preference. This position is classified as Occasional Employment. Being hired does not guarantee a minimum number of assignments. SCHEDULE & HOURSFlexible schedule Most events occur Thursday-Sunday Typical event times: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Activations are typically 2-3 hours 20+ hours of weekly availability preferred, not guaranteed Holiday availability may be required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS$30-$35 per hour Paid training Mileage and drive-time reimbursement when qualified Flexible scheduling POSITION OVERVIEWBrand Ambassadors are the face of the brands they represent. They deliver safe, engaging, and informative brand experiences at the point of purchase and consumption. Brand Ambassadors are expected to demonstrate strong product knowledge, professional conduct, and an ability to connect authentically with consumers while adhering to company policies and the NA Diageo Marketing Code. Brand Ambassadors must be comfortable working in a variety of environments, including bars, restaurants, nightclubs, liquor stores, grocery stores, and large-scale venues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESActively engage and educate LDA consumers on featured brands Clearly communicate brand attributes, product differences, and usage occasions Lead sampling experiences where legal and approved Complete event setup and breakdown Pre-merchandise accounts with approved Diageo point-of-sale (POS) Distribute brand premiums according to program guidelines Build positive working relationships with account and venue staff Troubleshoot and adapt to challenges during live events Follow Responsible Server Guidelines and report violations immediately Use company-issued debit card for approved bar spend or product purchases Pick up or receive delivery of promotional materials as directed Maintain and return all company property in good condition Capture and upload high-quality event photos via mobile device Complete accurate and timely post-event recaps (ERFs) Complete all required digital trainings and knowledge assessments Communicate proactively with Event Managers, Associates, and brand teams Adhere to all MKTG policies and procedures REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 21 years of age Eligible to work as an employee in the United States Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel to event locations Comfort standing and walking for extended periods Ability to lift and carry boxes, trays, and event materials Professional appearance and demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable using mobile reporting platforms Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Previous promotional, hospitality, or brand ambassador experience preferred Passion for brand advocacy and consumer engagement English proficiency required; Spanish/English bilingual candidates encouraged to apply COMPANY OVERVIEWMKTG, part of the dentsu network, is a global creative agency specializing in lifestyle marketing.
