Based in our Warsaw Global Business Services Center, you will help drive RTN’s Business Performance framework as part of the global Business Development and Technology team during a critical transformation. As a Business Performance manager, you will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, coordinating with Bain Finance and external partners
