Compensation: $100,000-$175,000 draw + uncapped tiered commission

The firm operates with a modern, technology-forward approach that allows recruiters to focus on relationship development, search execution, and revenue generation rather than administrative process.
The Opportunity:
The firm is seeking a senior retained search recruiter or emerging practice leader focused on either Marketing or Sales leadership recruiting. The firm is looking for an individual in each of these focuses. This individual will play a key role in expanding and developing the practice while executing retained searches for PE-backed and growth-oriented companies nationwide. Candidates should bring strong client origination capability, executive-level search experience, and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead retained executive search engagements from origination through completion Develop and expand relationships with PE-backed and growth-stage companies(Marketing Focus) Execute senior-level GTM searches across Marketing leadership functions (i.e. Chief Marketing Officer, VP Marketing, VP Growth, VP Demand Generation, VP Product Marketing, etc.)(Sales Focus) Execute senior-level GTM searches across Sales leadership functions (i.e. Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Sales Officer, VP Sales, VP Revenue, VP Business Development, Sales Executives, etc.)Advise clients on talent strategy, compensation trends, and market intelligence Manage complex executive searches while maintaining exceptional client and candidate experience Partner closely with internal research and delivery teams to optimize search execution Contribute to practice growth, market positioning, and long-term business development initiatives Candidate Requirements 8+ years of executive search experience, ideally within a retained environment Strong track record of business development and client origination Experience executing senior-level Marketing or Sales/GTM searches Exposure to private equity-backed, venture-backed, or high-growth environments Demonstrated production history, ideally $400K+ annual billings Strong consultative communication and executive presence Ability to thrive within a remote, performance-oriented culture Preferred Background Experience building or leading a practice area Existing relationships within key metro markets preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred Who Thrives Here This opportunity is best suited for highly entrepreneurial retained search professionals who want access to a sophisticated platform without sacrificing autonomy.
