About the role
PerkinElmer is seeking a Senior Materials Characterization Support Specialist to act as a remote technical expert across North America. You will triage, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware, software, and methodological issues for Materials Characterization platforms, supporting customers, field engineers, and internal teams while maximizing instrument uptime and first-time fixes. Remote work from US or Canada is supported, with travel up to 25% for training or field rides.
