About the role

Church & Dwight is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead day-to-day technical execution for new product development in an ISO 13485 environment. You will translate strategy into actionable engineering plans, guide a 5–6 person team, and partner with Marketing, Quality, and Operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You will own technical direction, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement in design practices across programs.
