Position Overview: As an Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class customer experience. You will guide clients through the vehicle purchasing and leasing process while building lasting relationships based on trust, professionalism, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers throughout the sales process
Build rapport and identify each client's vehicle needs and preferences
Present and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and available options
Help customers select the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget
Maintain expert-level knowledge of new vehicle inventory, features, and market trends
Deliver a personalized and informative vehicle delivery experience
Follow up consistently with sales leads using the dealership CRM system
Develop long-term relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude every day

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and high-energy personality
Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong listening, follow-up, and customer service abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Valid driver's license required
