About the role
Settlement Officer Growing title and settlement firm is seeking a Settlement Officer to manage residential real estate closings from contract through funding and disbursement. This is a client-facing role where professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are key.
Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of title, settlement, or real estate closing experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience working with agents, lenders, attorneys, and buyers/sellers
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple transactions
