About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Own recurring revenue, billing accuracy, and revenue recovery for connected assets. Reconcile installed connections with billing records and identify missed or incorrect revenue. Identify opportunities to increase revenue per connection through additional services, software, upgrades, and pricing strategies. Manage activation, onboarding, billing, renewals, cancellations, and asset lifecycle processes. Serve as business owner for ERP, CRM, and recurring-revenue systems and improve process automation. Build dashboards tracking billing accuracy, revenue per connection, activation, churn, missed revenue, and recovery. Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, Product, and Customer Support to improve revenue processes and accountability.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field. Experience in revenue operations, finance, recurring revenue, SaaS, or related areas. Strong data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Experience with ERP/CRM, billing systems, pricing, and large data sets. Experience with recurring revenue/SaaS or revenue generated from installed equipment or connected assets.
