About the role

Loop, a restaurant intelligence software, is seeking a Delivery Strategist within Strategy & Operations to own the value delivered to enterprise customers through Balance. You will partner with Sales, Product Operations, Product, and Customer Success to shape the customer strategy and drive outcomes such as time to value and engagement. You will lead the implementation roadmap, build playbooks for sales and support, and own internal analytics and communications processes to ensure 10‑star value
