This executive will be responsible for the full strategic and operational ownership of the ICHRA business line, with a focus on driving commercial design, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy to increase market share. The role demands a proven leader with at least 15 years of corporate experience, including a minimum of 5 years in health insurance, insurance technology, or the employee benefits space, and a deep understanding of ICHRA regulations and individual/group health distribution networks. The successful candidate will be tasked with expanding distribution channels, aligning product with market demand, and leading a high-performing team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Applicants for the VP, Marketplace ICHRA General Manager position at the company should have a strong leadership track record, with experience in scaling complex business lines or digital platforms. The role requires the ability to build and manage a cross-functional team, oversee commercial enablement, and execute upward communication of business performance. Bonus points are awarded for experience in Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) platforms, major FMO/GA networks, or established ICHRA administration vendors, as well as familiarity with modern enterprise healthcare technology architecture and data-driven product management. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a technically adjacent field is also a requirement.
