About the role

CXM is seeking a Trade Platform Operations Lead to own MT4/MT5 platform operations end to end. The role is fully remote with CEO visibility and autonomy; you will bring uptime baselines, build monitoring, and bring the outsourced operations in-house. You will audit infrastructure, establish incident response playbooks, lead a small 24/7 team, coordinate with vendors, and report reliability metrics to executives while reducing client-facing incidents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
