Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments and business functions. Improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness. Establish operational KPIs, performance standards, and reporting systems. Design and implement scalable processes to support continued company growth. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and major business initiatives. Oversee budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and operational planning. Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Drive cross-functional collaboration among operations, finance, sales, technology, and other departments. Lead process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives. Recruit, develop, and mentor senior leaders and operations teams. Ensure operational activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of progressive experience in operations, general management, or executive leadership. Proven experience overseeing complex or multi-functional business operations. Strong track record of improving operational performance and organizational efficiency. Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Experience managing budgets, KPIs, teams, and cross-functional initiatives. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
