Job DescriptionWe have a client seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to serve as a servant leader and facilitator for 2-3 Agile teams. This role is critical in ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum and Kanban principles while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who prioritizes team success above all else. You will coach teams, remove impediments, and enable high performance through empowerment and process excellence.Employment Type: 12-month contractLocation: Richmond, VAWork Arrangement: OnsiteQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experienceCertified Scrum Master (CSM) requiredExperience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst preferredStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and frameworksSolid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Ability to understand and communicate technical conceptsExperience working with development platforms and technologiesKey ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)Coach teams on Scrum/Kanban best practices and backlog managementRemove impediments and enable team self-organizationTrack and communicate team velocity and delivery progressServe as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholdersSupport backlog refinement, prioritization, and defect resolutionDrive team performance metrics and continuous improvementAbout UsAt Endurance IT Services, we are always looking for talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference.
