About the role
We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE)to join our Land Development team in aProject Managercapacity. This individual will play a key role in leading projects, managing internal teams, and serving as a trusted partner to clients. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking forlong-term growth, leadership visibility, and a clear path to partnershipwithin a collaborative, multi-disciplinary consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage land development projects from concept through completion Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and communication Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and project scopes Coordinate across internal disciplines (civil, surveying, planning, environmental, etc.)Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff Ensure quality control and adherence to regulatory standards Support business development efforts and identify new opportunities
Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) license required or the ability to obtain in 6 months 5-10+ years of experience in land development / civil engineering Proven experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships Strong understanding of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities Experience with budgeting, proposals, and project financials Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools Strong communication and leadership skills What We Offer
