Candidates must hold an active Tennessee Funeral Director and Embalmer licenseor be eligible to obtain Tennessee licensure through reciprocity. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding a dedicated team, serving families with excellence, and driving the success of a respected funeral home within the community. This is more than an operations role. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of ahigh-volume, growing business (600+ calls annually with an on-site cemetery)and lead a team inside arecently remodeled, modern facility. You’ll have the autonomy to think entrepreneurially, the support to grow, and the platform to make a meaningful impact in the Nashville community.
Responsibilities: Lead from the front —build a culture that is respectful, communicative, accountable, and service-driven Own the businessby directing day-to-day operations, financial performance, and long-term growth Drive resultsby achieving case volume and revenue goals while maintaining strong expense discipline Engage the communitythrough outreach, events, and partnerships with churches, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations Develop your teamby hiring, coaching, and motivating professionals to consistently exceed family expectations
