About the role

Data Entry SpecialistTrack and Trace Ocean Export Files and reporting. Use Ocean Export Workflow Monitor on a daily basis. Work handle 70 shipments per desk/month. Daily review and prioritization of work load (incoming booking requests) amongst customer service team. Daily discussion with supervisor regarding individual file count and overall team capacity. Ensure documents are timely and shipping notices communicated to overseas and customers all DSO completed within 5 days of COB. Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing. INV within 5 days of COB. Less than 5% of cancelled invoices, accurate protection of charges to prevent draft payables. No unresolved draft payables pending over 30 days. Interact with our customers and ocean carriers in arranging international shipments, meeting customer SOP requirements and KPI's.
