Location: Texas (Remote / Hybrid / Flexible Options Available) Main office located in Northwest San Antonio.
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Scheduling)
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped New Business Commissions + Passive Renewal Commission Structure

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development: Actively prospect, network, and establish strong referral sources (such as realtors, mortgage lenders, and local businesses) to generate new business opportunities.
Drive Growth: Quote and sell Home, Auto, Renters, and Small Business insurance policies to fit client needs.
Consultative Selling: Conduct comprehensive needs analysis for individuals and small business owners in Texas.
Relationship Building: Establish trust with clients, cross-sell additional policies, and maintain strong retention rates to protect your renewal book.
Requirements & Qualifications
Licensing: Must possess an active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (Required).
Experience: 1–2 years of insurance sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of self-generating leads and cultivating professional relationships.
Network Builder: A natural relationship-builder who thrives on networking, community involvement, and creating referral channels.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-Motivated: A disciplined self-starter who thrives with autonomy and takes full ownership of their sales pipeline.
