About the role
To drive actionable outcomes in a revenue-focused environment, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Director will manage onboarding processes, develop certification programs, and implement AI-driven coaching strategies to enhance sales team productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Own the onboarding process and productivity metrics for new Account Executives, focusing on real pipeline engagement and building a tiered certification program
Utilize AI for scalable coaching, including call analysis and content personalization, to improve deal quality and sales metrics
Audit and optimize sales content and tools to ensure relevance and effectiveness, establishing a single source of truth for collateral
Required Qualifications
Seven or more years in B2B SaaS sales, sales enablement, or related fields, with at least three years focused on enablement outcomes
Demonstrated success in reducing ramp time and improving win rates through effective certification programs
Hands-on experience with sales enablement tools such as Gong, LMS platforms, and CRM workflow design
Proficiency in utilizing AI for coaching and content development, with experience in building custom AI assistants
Field credibility with a background as a high-performing Account Executive, sales manager, or sales engineer is preferred
