About the role

Managing the full-cycle sales process, the full-time remote California D2C Account Executive will guide homeowners from initial contact to signed contracts for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), providing expert consultation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key responsibilities: Manage the entire direct-to-consumer sale and design process from lead intake to contract signing Provide expert consultation to evaluate project feasibility and cost using industry-standard tools Collaborate with Product, Project Management, and Construction teams to align on project timelines and customer expectations Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-ticket D2C sales, preferably in homebuilding, real estate, or construction Strong motivation and a self-starter attitude with a sense of urgency Proven track record of personal accountability and high integrity Hands-on experience with Salesforce and strong computer skills Team-oriented with a desire for continuous improvement and learning
