Project ManagerLocation: Rockland County, NY – On-SiteSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMAbout the OpportunityOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of commercial projects from hand-off through successful completion.This individual will serve as the central point of accountability for assigned projects, coordinating customers, contractors, vendors, internal teams, schedules, materials, and project requirements.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, communicates proactively, anticipates challenges, and takes ownership of getting projects across the finish line.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple commercial projects from hand-off through completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and next stepsServe as a primary point of contact for customers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholdersCoordinate project requirements across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and other internal teamsEnsure project specifications, drawings, documentation, materials, and customer requirements are accurate and completeTrack project deadlines, open issues, dependencies, risks, and overall progressProactively identify potential delays, scope changes, material constraints, and execution challengesCoordinate material availability, production timing, shipping requirements, and project logisticsManage project changes and communicate impacts to scope, schedule, cost, and expectationsFacilitate project meetings and ensure action items are documented and completedMaintain accurate project records, documentation, and reportingProvide regular project updates to leadership, including progress, risks, delays, and recommended solutionsIdentify opportunities to improve project management processes and overall executionIdeal CandidateBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience4–7 years of project management experienceExperience within construction, building products, manufacturing, architectural products, or a related industry preferredDemonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environmentStrong customer-facing and stakeholder management experienceExperience coordinating across multiple internal and external teamsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to identify risks and resolve issues proactivelyComfortable driving accountability and influencing stakeholders without direct authorityProficiency with project management systems, CRM/ERP platforms, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and related business technologiesResults-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownershipBenefits90% company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) matchLife insuranceShort-term and long-term disability insurance3 weeks paid time offPaid holidaysThis is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, working cross-functionally, and driving projects through successful completion.
