About the role

DataFitch is seeking a senior Business Data Analyst to lead enterprise data analysis and transformations within the Property & Casualty insurance domain. You will act as a lead liaison between Data Engineers, Actuaries, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. You will perform end-to-end data profiling, develop STTM/BRD, and collaborate on Snowflake‑based transformations. Strong SQL and governance are essential.
