Join a Growing Team in the Automotive Industry We’re looking for a Claims Representative to join our team and help customers navigate the warranty claims process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do: Assist customers and repair facilities with warranty claims Gather and document basic claim information Review claims and help determine the appropriate next steps Communicate with customers, repair facilities, and internal teams Answer questions and provide timely, professional support Maintain accurate claim records and follow established processes
What We’re Looking For: Previous claims, customer service, or call center experience Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle 50+ calls per day Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Detail-oriented and organized Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Automotive or warranty experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual preferred but not required Why Join Us?
