We are one of the leading personal injury law firms, emphasizing teamwork, client-focused service, and growth opportunities. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paralegal to support us in launching and completing our Personal Injury cases.
Role Overview:
This job entails the management of some personal injury cases and assists attorneys in various duties such as:-Talking to clients and preparing them for litigation.
-Drafting legal documents, as well as pleadings and bills of particulars.
-Preparing trial packets and organizing important information for the case.
-Retrieving and organizing medical records, managing Medicare and Medicaid reporting.
-Conducting client intakes and general information gathering specific to each case.
What We're Looking For:
-Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
-Organizational and follow-up skills in keeping the flow of work in check.
-Basic proficiency in word processing and other computer skills.
-Experience with Plaintiff's personal injury litigation required. xsgimln
