Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications to assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives.As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.Responsibilities- Leading Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud projects to optimize client operational efficiency- Analyzing client needs and implementing tailored Salesforce solutions to meet strategic objectives- Developing training materials and providing support for seamless integration of Salesforce applications- Managing project architecture and budgeting to deliver successful outcomes- Guiding teams in business process modeling and enterprise integration for enhanced system performance- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud to drive innovative technology solutions- Encouraging team development through coaching and feedback to leverage unique strengths- Validating project deliverables to uphold professional and technical standards- Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with stakeholders- Promoting technology innovation and embracing emerging technologies to enhance service deliveryWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 4 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify business opportunities- Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation in client solutions- Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities- Implementing technology solutions to optimize business processes- Managing project architecture and budgeting for successful executionTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
