Description
Responsibilities: Ensure an industry leading customer experience in the store by modeling brand standards as well as monitoring customer feedback. Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features. Welcome and actively seek out customers and build relationships. Assist in store flips and merchandising direction, to maintain product freshness in the store. Maximize store sales by upselling and providing the customer with the needed knowledge to purchase. Help ensure that the store's inventory integrity is maintained through proper shipping and receiving procedures. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss the features and benefits.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role (1-3+ years).Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Experience with POS software and Shopify (preferred).Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
