About the role

Zohorecruit is recruiting on behalf of a nonprofit client in Arlington, VA for a Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO). This full-time role reports to the CEO and leads finance, HR, IT, facilities and operations to support mission delivery. The CFOO will manage a team of 32 staff and external vendors, drive strategic planning, risk management, and ensure inclusive, equitable workplace culture while implementing robust systems and processes.
