This high-growth digital marketplace is on a significant revenue trajectory, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in optimizing the time, focus, decision-making, and execution of the Senior Leadership Team. The Chief of Staff will be a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and execution lead, particularly in the most sensitive priorities of the CEO. Responsibilities include translating the CEO and Board's vision into actionable plans, driving cross-functional initiatives, and preparing the CEO for various engagements. The role demands a professional who is AI-native, tech-savvy, and experienced in using advanced tools, with a background in a similar business environment. The ideal candidate will have 7-12+ years of experience supporting CEOs or Founders in fast-scaling SMBs, with a proven track record of scaling companies and a strong understanding of D2C customer acquisition, eCommerce, and digital marketplace. Board-level confidence, the ability to lead high-impact special projects, and a passion for the company's culture fit areas are also key. Day-to-day activities for the Chief of Staff include running executive and SLT meetings, tracking priorities, drafting communications, and resolving cross-functional blockers.
