About the role

The Consultant Care Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end experience of consultants/contractors placed at client sites. This role ensures consultants receive timely support, guidance, and issue resolution throughout their assignment, while coordinating closely with clients and internal teams to maintain high satisfaction and retention levels.
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all consultants placed at client locations. Assist consultants with onboarding, timesheet submissions, payroll queries, and assignment-related issues.2–4 years of experience in staffing. (Plus)Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests. Manage and resolve escalations related to onboarding, timesheets, payroll, and candidate performance. Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients and candidates at all times. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to evaluate satisfaction and identify improvement areas. Prepare weekly or monthly client service reports and share updates with leadership. Customer-focused mindset Professional communication
Required Skills & Qualifications: Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.1–3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar role. Must be local to Alpharetta, GA 30009.Professional personality, strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
