Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead a 10+ person team and maintain GAAP compliance across monthly closes. You will partner with the business to define process strategies, goals, metrics, and best practices aligned with organizational goals, while driving continuous process improvement. You will oversee the close process, prepare financial packages, and support audits and ASC/ASU implementations, creating a positive, high-performing work environment.
