How you make a difference
The Instructional Design Contractor develops and maintains onboarding curriculum materials for new clinical and non-clinical team members. The role involves designing and managing a web-based portal for storing and accessing training content, creating both instructor‑led and eLearning materials, including videos, animations, and interactive modules, and partnering with subject matter experts to deliver high‑quality, engaging, and relevant instructional content.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain an electronic portal for onboarding training materials.
Provide access and training to key users on the curriculum portal.
Develop and update instructor‑led and eLearning curriculum materials.
Create animated videos, edit video content, and build assessments for LMS modules.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders to ensure effective instructional design.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education : Undergraduate or graduate level degree in I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of three years’ professional instructional design and/or project management experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
Licenses/Certifications : None required.
